I didnt get to play at all"

Im writing letters thatll never send
Erasing pages before I reach the end
I dont mind, the things they say
NO one knows why I felt that way
If I got what I wanted all the time
Wouldnt do what I need to and then Id be crying
Theres something to be learned from the steps that you take;
everything breaks.

I found a picture and it looked like me
I just can't mind the things I see
I wont go there, so knock on wood
You wouldnt think so but its all for good
I dont get what I want all the time
I got more than I need you know Im doing fine
I just rock with the roll and then I make my escape,
cause everything breaks.
