Most lawyers and judges are unwillingness to challenge existing case law. to challenge, show that circumstances are not the same, or are the same but court ruled in error according to law. oberta dictum, the judge's personal opinion, not the ruling of the court terms are used to mask true intention judges, officers, politicians, lawyers, gov employees do not care what the law says! vast difference of what the law says and how the system works system has been hijacked from the people, functions for four primary purposes: 1. gov control of persons and property 2. receipt of revenue, either by lawful action or extortion 3. protection of the system that provides for 1 and 2 4. protection of the persons that facilitate 1, 2, 3 Legal fiction, juristic personality, straw man is the system we are trapped in now.

this vid starts and stops repeatedly..i have reported it..its probably why the views are so low. I might suggest pisture references to the topics at hand in stead of the miriads of mesmerizing windmills..
