HUNAN STYLE CHILLI CHICKEN
1 pack Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix
200 gm diced chicken
1 capsicum diced
1 onion diced
2 dry red chillies chopped
½ cup corn flour
1 egg beaten
450 ml water
Oil to deep fry
1 spring onion chopped to garnish
Mix 1 beaten egg with diced chicken. Add corn flour and mix well, coating each piece of chicken. Deep fry chicken and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add vegetables and stir fry for 2 min. Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for 2 min.Add fried chicken, mix and stir fry for 1 min or till the sauce is thick. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
