Música "O Tannenbaum", uma das mais tradicionais e antigas do cancioneiro natalino alemão, datada da idade média. No brasil esta música é conhecida com o nome de "Ó Pinheirinho de Natal"

Ich bin ganz Ihre Meinung!! What always troubles me is when I visit the USA mostly people say "I hate German, it is a guttural language" as though they were programmed with these words, always repeated verbatim from east to west coast. I am born in NYC, have lived most of my life abroad and have learned 5 languages between age 28 and 60 including German which I love. For me Christmas is Bach's Weihnachts-Oratorium, BWV 248, especially Jauchzet Frohlocket. Merci, Grazie, Danke Schön, Obrigado

German is a very rich language. Everything is very specific. That´s why music and poetry are so beautiful in german. It doesn´t sound very confortable when you´re getting to know the language, but later, with time, you see and hear how beautiful it can sound.
