I get everything except for 9:40. Why slice something in half that is perfectly fine? That seems like it would lead to a problem later

Its only been 2 weeks and I feel great. No more knee pain. I have full flex of my knee joint. I still have to be careful for the next 5-6wks. No kneeling, or overbending the knee and no twisting. Part of the cost too was the took off the arthritis I did not know I had on the knee. So I figured that gave me extra wear time on that joint. I was up and walking the day of surgery. If you have a torn meniscus my advice is not to wait. Good Luck
