Hello friends! This is my own version of a Yummy Vegan Nog. Serve this cool treat at your holiday parties, or whip it up and snuggle with your kiddos! My kids LOVE this, and its great because they are getting raw avocados and bananas! It's a wonderful way to have something seasonal, and still get that health kick. Remember you can always trade out the vanilla for 1-2 tsp of peppermint for a minty flavor, and serve with candy canes if you wish. (Serve within a day of making.) Merry Christmas!

  • Is there an alternative to tofu that you could use?

  • @akotarah Well I suppose you could use a can of coconut milk (I recommend Native Forest)- but if you do that, I would cut back on the almond milk, maybe down to 1 Cup. Hope this helps!

  • Love it! I made my own last year similar to this and i SWEAR it was even better than "real" eggnog. Even my dad wanted some and he thinks my being vegan is wiggity wack. Thanks for the recipe!!

  • @MySaraMarie LOL. You said "wiggity wack." Happy to hear that you won some hearts with rockin vegan nog!

  • YUMMY! ♥

  • @Tanyia48 Thanks for watching! *HUGS*

  • You gotta put nutmeg on that.

  • @pandasrampage Hi! Thanks for the comment, and bringing awareness to that issue! That's just one of those things that people will have to make the call for themselves. I have not had any problems, and I think it's super yummy! Hope you are enjoying your holiday!

  • @ThirdeyedRob LOL you are so very welcome!!!

  • Thanks for taking the time to share your recipes! However eating high fat content foods (avocado) with fruit can result in digestion problems so this may not be for everyone
