    I have not had any issue with the props. I am careful to stay away from the shore when running it. I only nose it in when finished. It does come with an extra set of props.

  • Cool! So you modified it right? By the way since its twin engine ( like my mini rc boat), is the controller FORWARD FORWARD BACKWARD BACKWARD?

    No. No modifications other than a spare 7.2v NiMH battery which is slightly different in shape and does not fit into the battery cradle. It lays along the top of the cradle and goes between the motors. There is no reverse on the motors,

  • guess what !!!!! i got bored with the slow speed so i gave my 11.1v lipo a try in my stock neptune and WOW WOW WOW smokin fast, didnt fry the board or motor (i wouldnt try running too long - heat and lipo v drop.
