very good, 1 question though...why are there 4 outlets but 3 places to put your devices?

I am not sure, I think it may be because some cell phone chargers are oddly shaped, and take the space of two.

I can see the idea behind this, and its a good idea, but I wouldnt pay $30 for it. I think it could work if you made it out of rubber and didnt have a space in it for the extension cord. That way it would become more of a recharging dock than a place to keep your stuff in and would cost prolly ten times less.
