The youth boys 4x100 relay final. It's from 2009's regionals. The top 3 teams (A.W. Brown, C.L. Stars, and Track Houston) all will compete this year in Greenssboro, N.C. A.W. Brown and C.L. Stars are also in the top 3 in the nation.

you dont have to hold it a certain way

you can just hold it.. but its better if you're holding less of it than you hand being in the middle or at the top so you can pass it easier.

And he also got walked down in the junior olympics.
