If you want to go on your own please read lbs and inches first, I have a series of vlogs called tips and tricks, check those out, and all the other hcgers. Make your plan and then attack! I am down like another 25lbs since this video. I am waiting until FEB to post a new one. I wanna get more toned up & really have something to show~~owwwww
