i fish a river like this and usually get 10-14 inch smallies all day. I started fishing this strech of river in late july so i did not have a chance to fish it while it was prime for poppers. Also very nice video

oh that the lanyard if that what your are talking about or maybe it the small metal object in the far left is a clipper to clip knots!
