最传统最好吃的香栗大肉粽的包制方法。
青翠的箬叶是前一天我爸上山采的,非常新鲜;
肉绝对的肥瘦各半,而且和了家乡特有的霉干菜,加酱油、黄酒、胡椒、盐等,腌制一夜而成,色泽鲜亮;
栗子用的是家乡野生的板栗,颗颗黄澄澄、饱满、一看就让人食欲大增;
米,用的是家乡特有的糯米,加水泡制一晚,颗颗饱满、粒粒皆圆;
唯一较传统方法有所改进的是,包制所用的线绳,改为了棉线。
片中包制粽子的,是在下的老父亲。他包的粽子,是天下一大美味。旁边瞎掺和的,不提。哈哈哈哈.....

The green indocalamus leaves are Taken by my Dad when we took a short trip to my old country-side the day before.
The meat is composed with fat and lean, which is cured with Bean Soy, Pepper, Salt, and Most Delicious of All, the Mildewed Dried Vegetable.

Also, The Chinese Chestnut and Sticky Rice looks so fresh and delicious.

Well, we use cotton wire instead of grass stripe to tighten up the Rice Dumplings.

Thanks to my father who gives us the most dilicious and sweety Glutinous Rice Dumplings.
