Where is this person and why the people supporting him ?

Even illitrated people could not do this type of belief. Bcoz Muslimsworship only to Allah, not even to the Prophets also. If they are Muslim, they should say and certify the ''Shahada'' and return to Islam again . Otherwise if they do anything , every goo deeds are useless, like Mother Theresa done. A good lady and protected orphans, charity works for the needy and loved everybody but not believed in the Creator who have not any equal.
