  • when i do the streching part after the situps theres a pop in my lower back....is that normal?

  • I think its pretty normal, nothing to worry about... Just dont forget to 'warm up' first before exercise and stretch gently...

    And to strengthen your bone, you should have an adequate amount of calcuim and Vit D in your diet...
