Interesting choice to use simcoe for bittering and then all english hops for flavor and aroma.

Oh man, awesome. Ridgeport's all up now, huh!!! I can't wait to try some. I hope to make it up there to get me some.
I like how you have the Abyss there to chill with while brewing. Drinking while brewing is the best.
By the way, I'll be finishing up on my West Coast IPA and Milk Stout in a month.
