Democratic presidential candidate Ed Muskie allegedly shedding tears in remarks outside Manchester Union-Leader newspaper in response to criticism of his wife, an incident which forced Muskie to later withdraw from race. Muskie denied that he cried and said reporters mistook melting snow on his cheeks for tears. Shown on Rachel Maddow show in December 2009.
