Just to clarify for some of you. This exercise is good for girls AND boys. If you're ot strong enough to do REGULAR pushups, then this exercise is the next best thing. This exercise will work on your pectoral majors, but MOSTLY triceps, and a bit on deltoids too (shoulders) This video is incorrect to assume that it only works on your chest, because the vast majority actually goes into the triceps. Tips for beginners: dont let your back sag, keep it rigid. Do it slowly and controlled, dont rush.
