Starwater is usually minimal [except for Noah's flood events and things like that - which are not unique to christianity] - otherwise less than 1% of major weather events are Starwater related. ALL noctilucent clouds must be starwater. It cant evaporate to 80km high and they already know water clings to meteor dust up there... they just cant seem to admit that the water comes from the same place the dust did.

Ed Dames' infamous "Killshot."
