Every argument you give for Christianity have also been presented for Islam. Islam has the advantage in that al-Qu'ran has not been edited thousands of times as the Christian texts have.

All this video proves is that you've failed to analyse other faiths claims and arguments and have simply done as you implied, chosen one at random (not quite random, I imagine your culture, location, and upbringing has a lot to do with it) and then disregarded all the rest without study.

@DieudonneSeal The kalam cosmological argument, for example, is consistent with the existence of Allah as you rightly point out. To make the the step to Christianity we turn to the life, miracles, and teachings of Jesus. Though the Bible has in a sense been edited, textual criticism has been able to peer back through the editing process to restore the original text. My culture does not care about God and I was not brought up to be a Christian, by the way.

The bible says a creator/god established the world and all life 77 generations before the time of jesus,

based on what we know about the universe and all life, the bible is not EVEN wrong, its totally absurd.

Nothing else needs to be said. If you want to base your life on absurd ancient mythology there MUST be something mentally wrong with you.

@MrHobiecat The Bible itself says that there are gaps in the genealogies. Moreover it is not explicitly stated that Adam was created immediately after the creation of the earth and the rest of the biosphere. So you are not treating the text fairly. Conclusions based on faulty interpretations are themselves faulty.

@evangelical1 and if there is any question as to what genesis means by 'one day', the ten commandments make if perfectly clear, that you shall work for 6 DAYS and rest on the 7th DAY.. WHY? Because god created the world in six DAYS and rested on the 7th DAY.

Not 6 thousand years, not 6 million years, the penaly for working on a saturday was death by stoning, they were SERIOUS about this

and they were TOTALLY WRONG, killing people for stupid mythology violations.

@MrHobiecat You need to interpret creation in light of the Bible as a whole. If you isolate one verse in Exodus 20, you aren't doing that. Also, who says the days have to be consecutive?

@evangelical1 it does NOT say that. It SPECIFICALLY calls out the names of father => Son, Father =>, Father => son from adam to abraham in the old testiment, and even says how old each father was when the next in line son was born, so you can nail down the timeline exactly from adam to abraham.

the new testiment has two DIFFERENT geneologys for jesus, going back to adam, which puts jesus 77 generations after the first human.

Its not EVEN wrong, its totally ABSURD!
