Can anyone please suggest a book on manufacturing these panels. If someone is already in this business please contact me I need to know what kind of substrate to use at the back and the type of glass that works best. A friend of mine makes sliding aluminum doors and windows so there is great motivation for me to make these panels myself.

It's hard to know who to believe when some people say to use a 25w soldering iron and others a 45w to as much as a 100w...... maybe it's the solder that is being used? Is there better solder than others for this use?

Also, can you tell use the melting point of the solder your using in this video....
