@patrickjohnsilvestre You CAN - but this is HANDY (no pun meant !) it frees your hands, and if your vision is as screwy as mine is, you appreciate all the help you can get when doing up-close work like this !

LensPen: is technique has been seen being used by Canon Techs, although it isn't their official policy. Due to the fact that the LensPen can't be cleaned, it should be disposed of and replaced on a regular basis.
