Information:

UNANIMATED is by far the most authentic Swedish melodic death metal band ever. Formed back in 1989 the band became a legend after releasing two masterpieces called "The Forest Of The Dreaming Dead" (1993) and the highly acclaimed "Ancient God Of Evil" (1995). Since the band split up in 1996 nearly all melodic death metal acts worldwide stated that UNANIMATED is one of their biggest influences. After re-releasing their first two legendary albums Regain Records is proud to announce a new UNANIMATED album in 2009! The legend is back!

Unanimated, Gates of Ishtar, Eucharist, At the Gates! If there ever was a "big four" of melodic death metal, by the unholy ancient ones, those bands would be it. Even though Amon Amarth is my favourite melodic death metal band. Fuck that watered down modern Finnish shit. Although Finland's death metal scene is starting to pick up again with the likes of Krypts and Torture Pulse.

I hate melodic Death Metal (even the term) but this is one of those bands together with Dissection who manages to bring melody in to music and still retain that true evil feeling!

These guys are trying waaaaaaaaaaaay to hard to sound like Dissection... A friend of mine was playing this song in the car and I told him I've never heard of this Dissection song and I have all of their albums wtf!!!??? He told me it wasn't them it was Unanimated and I had to look them up. Very good work I must say I like this band a lot now but the only reason is because of Dissection. HAIL TO DISSECTION!!!!!
