This is Track #6 (Core - Abdominals) of Les Mills BodyFlow (Release #52). I guess the four presenters are new instructors, so their coaching and technique really need a lot of improvement. ='( Or perhaps this was taken at their launch of #52 & the four presenters are still unfamiliar with the whole thing?! ='( Release 52 is very athletic and is said to have the most challenging core-abdominal track in BodyFlow history. I love #52, but I'm disappointed at the four presenters here. ='(
