What a perfect song - I can't find a single thing that I'd change. Beautiful melody, incredible singing that match the lyrics. Definitely one of the most refined country western songs of all time. Makes me want to get in a White 18 wheeler and drive across the desert of West Texas. I had no idea how lucky I was to grow up in the 70' and 80's - music was still art!

I heard a local band play this tune tonight. I had never heard it before but knew it was some jamming southern rock. Asked them what it was, they told me and here I am to give it a listen & a thumbs up!

Love this song, especially on the "Where we all Belong" LP. Is the guitar break a play off "the Lonely Bull?' Saw them live in the mid-70's . . . one of the best concerts I've ever attended.

If you love '70's southern rock, check out Blackberry Smoke. They are the new sons of southern rock. You will not be disappointed! they are one of the best bands I have ever seen. I traveled from NY to North Carolina this month just to see them. they toured with skynyrd, zz top, outlaws etc.
