That in this video is exactly how we learnt it and doing it at swimming :-) Best to learn good technique right from the start I think like we did. Have you tried going to advanced swimming lessons? For those who swim well, but feel that need some advice on techniques to become better, faster, etc. There they train you well. At least in the pool I go to :-)

i look at the olympians and thats amazing. when i kick i only seem to kick down and thats where all my strangth comes from. i have a horrendous pull. this is actually surprisingly helpful

Looks alot like ryan lochte's backstroke. Except Lochte has a better hand entry imo. She is also very flexible and the camera angles/clarity is great!
