@nikweinstein This person is either over confident or the absolute expert in their field. Who is this person today? Rem Koolhaus? Frank? there must be some Architect that has superior intellectual ability and general knowledge in the field of architecture and successful in demarcating the most elegant and meaningfull architecture for the 21st century. I retract my earlier comment in the sense that i disagree with a person who can. because there must be one.

@holamellamanloco Not only that, but have you seen the "under construction" photos of Disney Hall - it's a completely ridiculous skeleton scantly related to its skin. I think "post-modern" art is symptomatic of a cultural decline. Our religions are crumbling and rather than invest in new foundations, we collectively celebrate incoherence. There is definite engineering skill in making curved structures, but what is the meaning of it?

Frank Ghery during his time and even up to now is surrounded with controversy with regards to his works. That is because he is known to be inventive and irreverent, he was named the "Deconstructivist" Architect. Just like Antoni Gaudi he is just observing freedom of expression. Lots of people may not love his works but in the world of architecture... our world.. his works is a masterpiece. I love his works they extraordinary!!!

@edavidramos your completely wrong. its great advice actually. Its about believing in yourself, being yourself (physically and in your architecture) and doing what you love. if everybody had this honesty in what they do this world would be a much better place.
