When 4.3 was in beta stages, msftguy came up with an ultrasn0w fixer located over at: https://github.com/msftguy/ultrasn0w-fixer . Since he open sourced it, I was able to port it over to the official 4.3 public release. This works for the iPhone 3GS atm. iPhone 4 is pending.

@Pavleshka92 And also when you downgrade make sure it is a cooked custom IPSW.

@Pavleshka92 It should work if you have the SHSH blobs saved but it will be tethered.
