  • hey bro I need some advice, I can only swim 1 length but I am entering an Iron Man next year, my run and bike is decent

  • Nothing new here... everyone knows this.

    How about you tell us what the dynamics of the start are in Kona, do the fastest people try and swim the buoy line and hence start on the inside? or do they start in the middle of the field near the floating car? Is there a slow crowd that starts on the far left or do the slow people just start behind? How many rows back is a 1:05 swimmer. How many rows back is a 1:10, 1:15.
