One word of advise don't plan to much over the internet especially on a public one like youtube stuff is monitored for key words. The best thing you can do is train to do a lot of running and try to take a self defense or martial art. Also there's no point in having any kind of weapon if you don't know how to use it and your body is the ultimate weapon.

This is a joke. Learn true survival skills.For example no more vitamins supply its useless. Instead vitamins eat pine needle 4X more vit. C than lemon. You can eat some kind of grass . Do not panic be calm pray. Calm person is resistant to infections, last much much longer. Nyquil ? Tylenol? kills you.
