The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Free Speech Leveling to Master Guide!

It is not ENTIRELY free, but good news is depending on your Speech skill when you do this, it shouldn't cost anymore then 300g total, which is nothing! After that initial investment, it will never cost you another dime and you can skill all the way to Master whenever you want from the same NPC!

For those who are curious: I am wearing a full epic enhanced glass suit of armor + shield. All are enchanted with skills, stats or resists (Grand Souls). My weapon that I am using here is a epic enhanced glass dagger with a grand soul fire enchant. I am pretty high up in Smithing and Enchanting with perks spent into them, so I get good enchants out of them.

@GFranklin96 Don't know what to tell you. The video walks you through it hand in hand. I got 100 Speech in about 15 minutes of doing this. My character is now level 59, almost level 60. This in-game exploit works and should on all platforms. Are you using PS3 or 360? This still works on PC (what I use) and we're usually patched before PS3/360.

I am seeing comments about not having to bribe and people having to bribe more to get this trick to work. I am guessing this is dependent on your Speech skill by the time you start this trick. Some may have more and some less. If you're speech is below 35 or so, keep using bribe and then trying persuade until this trick starts working.

Also you can use other methods to get into town. You will have a Speech encounter to get in Riften though.

@mrlovett100 You didn't spend it doing it this way. If you did, then stop clicking Bribe; you're only supposed to bribe him twice, then you keep persuading him (free). You're doing something wrong. Got my Speech to 100 for free doing this.

Another tip. for people not able to persuade just go outside find a beggar and give him 1 septim

Just do like this: take persuade the whole time, you gain a level in speech every 5th time choosing it.
