This is my favorite Penguin episode. (It has a lot of realism to it!)

Perhaps Batman was afraid that the people of Gotham City would be turned off at the implication that they were stupid or perhaps he didn't want to engage in mudslinging and look bad but it isn't mudslinging if the information's true and besides, the Penguin would deserve to get slandered like that!

@girlgarde Really all Batman had to do was mention the Penguin's crimes in a list in order then I can the majority supporting him. Batman instead went through a hard process. I still do not understand why some idiots match this to the 2008 campaign!

Batman put a hell of a lot of trust and faith in the citizens of Gotham City by failing to remind them what horrible things the Penguin's done which at first, didn't seem like something the citizens of Gotham deserved given how they seem to blindly support the Penguin!
