What they say is completely unintelligible due to the noise, but as far as I can tell, they're not pronouncing any existing German word. I think it would have spoiled the sketch if they had invented an actual joke, anyway.

They actually are using some German words, and making up others. According to the actual script, it translates to "If the (Nunstruck) is (git) and (Slotermeyer)? Yes! (Beiher)dog that or the pinball (waldt) (gersput)!" - that's almost funny enough to kill someone, wouldn't you agree?
