@FighterFitness im sorry , i dont mean to bother you but can you plz answer a couple of questions that i have, haved you seen any improvement in your bjj skills? and what is the difference between systema ground and bjj? is systema ground fighing effective by it self?

Interesting, who did you first train with in Systema? Im guessing it was a Vladimir seminar.

I practice BJJ now and I used to practice Systema. In my own experiance both go well together I still use several movements from Systema especially for falling, rolling and escaping.

@Kavoorka I've practiced both and I can tell you one helps the other. In my experience while studying systema your bjj becomes smoother and your systema becomes more powerful on the ground, I would totally recomend it
