Most every Fire Emblem has a country that uses dragon knights as their trademark unit. FE7 had Bern, FE1/3 had Macedonia, FE4/5 had Thracia, FE9/10 had Daein, ect.

Their weapons? No. Swanchicka, Falla Flame, Thor's Hammer and Gungnir are all enemy-only.
