hey, just to grab your attention; isnt what you're doing will cause you back injury later on? if im not mistaken, thats not the perfectly correct way to do sit ups

r u a trainer? u seem educated enough and definatly at a good level of physical fitness.

Fitness is definitely a huge interest of mine. I've taken some courses relating to it but it is not my area of focus in college. Mostly, learning about fitness is a hobby of mine. I've been in athletics my whole life and taught sports to kids and adults for about 5 years (2.5 years teaching parkour in CO).
I still have a lot to learn. Thanks though!
