@prettiboiadam its on with tie straps, drill holes in plywood base and tie strap it. The wire frames can be found at target, home depot, lowes, kmart, walmart, pretty much anywhere

@MsPuroWag you can get the casters (wheels) from any hardware store or pretty much any place that sells home goods...you drill them into the plywood
