I decided to make a quick video to let you all know exactly I eat during the day. I'm eating 5 times/day and exercising 2 times/day. In order to keep myself from getting hungry, I've put together a schedule to allow some time in between meals, exercising, work, and school. Yea I know...I'm WAY too organized :)

  • dude it must take you forever to post all you links LOL !!! Dave it is good to plan out you food intake !! that way your in control of what and when you eat !!! it can't hurt right !!

  • @joshuad1000 Actually I just copy the links from the previous videos so it doesnt take long at all :) It definitely doesn't hurt to be in control of what I eat and when I eat. Just makes everything easier at the end of the day,

  • I definitely think snacking helps a lot. I wish I had started having snacks between regular meals a long time ago!

  • @ladyworpledinker Snacks have helped me out a lot especially during school hours. Otherwise I'd be hungry most of the day.

  • you are never suppose to skip breakfast if you do you will have a slow weightloss

  • @jrsolis619 I never mentioned skipping breakfast lol My breakfast takes place after my morning workout, which would be my protein shake and whatever else I decide on.

  • @ismaelrun Yoga x does not burn 600 calories, if chest and back and the other videos burn 600 and your that hard then it's impossible to burn that many calories just stretching.

  • You're doing great man. Tell me how much weight you lost.

  • Eat every 3 hours. Count calories. Cut carbs. You'll lose more weight faster. A second workout? Maybe a run or walk. You could do yoga x. Everyday. -600 calories just for streching is wonderful. Hope I could help.

  • I do P90X too. You should eat an hour before ur workout, even da breakfast one. Also cut ur friuts to 1-2 a day (sugar). As a snack water with protein powder shaken. You can drink it in class.

  • Starving for a meal makes u overeat ... going the whole day without eating nothing till nighttime makes you overeat.... you overeat...then u go to sleep nd food converts to lard

  • That is how I eat normally also, 5-6 times a day...mini meals is the way to keep your metabolism burning right.

  • I just started eating 6 times per day..3 small meals and 3 snacks.
