Some climb ups, at the end of a good day of training. Basically a day of repetition and drilling the same movement.
Did one set as a goal to do 5 as fast as i could as challenged by Demon Drills. Felt horrible that day and did it in about 20 seconds. Must improve that.
@drdude720 it was at the very end of that day, and the edge of that wall was really sharp
