Pikmin 2 Speedrun - Day 3 Part 1 (old)

Segments 9-14 of an improvement to the Pikmin 2 speedrun at SDA, consisting of the first above-ground section of day 3 and the White Flower Garden.

72.34 seconds were saved in the WFG, bringing the total saved so far to 2:34.69. I'm not adding the time saved in the above-ground sections until the end of the day, due to strategy differences.

The game seams to save faster on my copy of Pikmin 2. Also, I don't remember the Survival Ointment being in the cave, and isn't there a tub of tuna in there? Perhaps my PAL version is different.

It saves faster depending on the type of memory card. 1019s are ridiculously fast, while 59s are slighly faster and 251s are the slowest. And yeah, the treasures are different in the PAL version.

1019 saves far faster than on a 251. Unfortunately my 1019 corrupts anything saved on it...
