Although some progress has been made in tackling discrimination, homophobic bullying is still prevalent in many schools in Ireland.

Here Bláthnaid Ní Chofaigh talks to Colm Keane about his experiences in school and Dave Roche the manager of the Gay Community Development Project in Cork.

  • I spent most of my childhood pushed around bullied , now 10 years on after moving back 2 my home town things have not changed a bit and just as bad , this is why i left school early and never finished school as no one was doing anything about it . Even to this day i get shouted at from people in cars bars and even shops .

  • I remember seeing this show. Such a vital problem right now, needs to be sorted. Now.
