Surfing Dog Makes a Big Splash

Ricochet was bred to be a service dog but was never made it. Now, he has found redemption in the ocean, as a surfing tandem with a quadriplegic teen. The AP's Chris Carlson got in the water with them as they raised money to pay for therapy. (Oct.15)
