How to Flash A Galaxy S Phone back to Stock Froyo

Starting off with a nicely modded Samsung Galaxy S, I flash back to stock out of the box new configuration.

You can find your original stock Samsung Galaxy S firmwares from:

You will need to login but it is definitely worth registering if you have a Samsung Galaxy S.

I really screwed up my phone but I am happy to say that my phone is back in business. i have a question, how do u root the phone? I have an application that I really want and need (educational purposes) and i sorta need to root.

@qone89 You can use an application to root, or you can simply flash a kernel that is already rooted.

What would be the code to remove factory shiped bell apps? I want to get rid of the bells crapware. Is that possible?
