There are steps to deal with sexual harrasment in the military. It is dealt with harshly.
Breath away from sending letters to the offenders wives??!! Why would you even hessitate, I show up and raise hell, and deal with them directly.
As far as a soldier not deploying, that is just ignorant on your daughters part, SHE IS A SOLDIER AND SOLDIERS ESPECIALLY MPS DEPLOYS..
