@xxxjoelpolexxx I think the best is the feeling that you know your child can be polite and well mannered, it makes you as a parent just feel so great. Everytime I see Sammie sign please or thank you I feel so good, and people appreciate the manners

hahaha. My daugther does the same thing. First sentence when she wakes up "Mommy eat"! She always wants to eat anyways. It is interesting that Jace signs when she can speak. My daughter stop signing words that she can speak.

I do the naughty step. The first few times you have to keep picking them up and putting them back and it can take a while, but both mine do that now. George is funny as he'll look thoughtful for a min after his sistera annoyed him, then hit her on the head with a toy or something and go into hall, close door and sit on the step... Not exactly how I planned it, but never mind...
