I feel so bad for this guy when he is forced to walk around delivering mail for ten years, all because he was trying to be a good person. The ending of this movie is absolutely amazing!

Der Film war wie eine große Liebe. Sie last in den Mensch etwas unbesetztes. In eine große Liebe klaubt man danach nicht, das kann etwas besseres kommen kann.

Es ist wirklich traurig, dass Ulrich Mühe bereits gestorben ist. Er hätte nach diesem Triumph eine Weltkarriere vor sich gehabt!

I need to see this film. I saw in other useer that Ulrich Mühe gained the best actor prize. But I still don't know if he is the writer or the good man for whom the book is dedicated.

Ulrich Mühe plays Gerd Wiesler to whom the book is dedicated in the end, while Sebastian Koch plays the writer Georg Dreyman.
It really is an excellent movie I can highly recommend!
