Yes diesels burn on compression only. They are much more efficient than gasoline engines. But the tree hugging liberal that have there college degrees in liberal arts and can only see the black smoke and believe that are hurting the water and the trees. Lets talk about the batteries in your battery electric cars!!! now that is a very serious pollution problem when it comes time to get rid of them and of course all the energy wasted building the pile of crap.

a NEW STOCK diesel truck vs a NEW STOCK gas truck,,,,,,,the diesel ford,chevy says burns cleaner. once you work on a diesel and see black smoke your (carbon footprint) is way bigger than a STOCK GAS burner.

diesel puts out less pollution than gasoline... that black "smoke" you see isn't smoke, its called soot "diesel dust" and it settles to the ground... also diesel puts out 40% less carbon pollutants than gasoliine... You against pollution? That right? Stop driving your fucking car 9 miles one way to grab a soda from the gas station. Just shut the fuck up... It needs more fueling and Al Gore needs to wrap his lips around the exhaust !! Of couse Al Gore is used to blowing hot air and bullshit though !! I'm glad that that the Climategate scandal is being exposed for what it is , A FABRICATED CHRISIS to make greenie wheenie companies rich !!
