What is the max Sync Speed? and Flash Duration at Full

If you are using a leaf shutter you can sync at 1/500, otherwise the sync speed is determined by your camera, usually 1/125 or below

This is the 400 but the 200 would work fine for full body. There is also a 300 battery power unit, great stuff

Using an off camera meter (Calumet DFM 3 Digital Flashmeter

CALUMET #CF0300) you take a reading of the settings on the strobe and adjust your camera f-stop accordingly.
