I started following Kenny Rankin's musical career in 1973. I caught his act many times at "The Shaboo Inn" in Mansfield, Connecticut. To say he sang like a bird
would be an understatement. He was two different people on and off stage. The
one you saw on stage was the real him. He was sensitive and had the heart of a
lion. I'll miss him, but he left his legacy. I would have loved to hear Kenny and
Eva Cassidy sing a duet. Both had the ability to make you weep. Buy "The
