When you actually learn to wake up and sede the world for what it is then you realize that patriotism, loyality, discipline, honour and all that stuff is bullshit. And I have heard the arguments that you have to be smart to be in the military....its not that hard to shoot a gun, march in a line, put your clothes on in a prescibed way, use a radio or do anything they do....you just have to know how to do what your told and switch off your mind.

I wanted to join the military as a kid; I thought it was all stopping bad people and saving children. Lucky that I have a bad leg. My brother is a part timer in the Army and he is also a highly intelligent Industrial Electrician. The Army according to him is full of morons who do everything the stupid way just because thats the way its done and the moment you ask an intelligent question or question something you get chewed out for not having enough pride in the Army way.
