Stupid Sparring! ITF or GTF Sparring! More Better! Because! they Can Block Any Attack! Sparring Like This! Dont Have To Block! By the Way ITF And GTF warned Player if They Fall! AlSo ITF And GTF Control Their Attack ! WTF Just Like For Sport! and Speed! But ITF and GTF ! Have Power,Speed,And Breathing!

The World Taekwondo Federation Is The Best To Me But To Each His Own So Can We All Watch These Vids And Learn From Them Instead Of Attacking Each Other....WTF Has Nothing Against ITF And Hopefully That Feeling Is Reciprocated, Taekwondo Is Taekwondo No Matter Which Federation You're In.
